Silliker Inc. offers the "2007 Food Safety Education and Training Catalog." The catalog features a public short course calendar with individual course descriptions, topic summaries and course attendee recommendations by job title; a list of Silliker training videos featuring content summaries, program learning objectives and language availability; and an overview of Silliker Online University courses and curricula. The catalog also has an introduction to Sistem, a group training platform created by Alchemy that can train up to 32 participants at the same time, using remote controls.
