Natalia Ceron-Romero is a Business and Development manager at Panelis, the Sensory Palatability Measuring Center of Symrise pet food NAM. She has two years of experience in pet sensory panels, pet feeding behavior, and methodologies to understand palatability in companion animals. Natalia holds a DVM, MSc in Animal Science, and Ph.D. in Food Science from Alabama A&M University. She is passionate about research, loves the outdoors, learning about new cultures, and traveling.
