Neogen Corp. says its Soleris TVC test can detect microorganisms in petfood in as little as four hours and takes 24 hours for a negative result. Soleris tests provide yeast and mold results in 48 hours, results in 7-10 hours, coliform results in 9-10 hours and lactic bacteria results in 30-35 hours, the company says.
