JWC Environmental's Sludge Monster is a compact grinder for solids in sludge applications. The Sludge Monster fits 4-inch pipelines, and uses an 8-inch cutter stack to shred solids and eliminate debris from blocking sludge pumps, heat exchangers and other equipment, the company says. It has a 2 hp gear motor with a maximum flow of 274 gpm and maximum of six flush ports available, according to the company.
