BSM Partners has appointed Oksana Lylak to director of packaging engineering, where she will lead the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions, enhancing product quality and sustainability for the company.
Lylak brings over 20 years of extensive experience across multiple industries, including automotive, consumer packaged goods, chemical and hazardous material packaging, and pet food. BSM noted her diverse background has honed her ability to swiftly master technical concepts and identify improvement opportunities beyond traditional packaging development processes.

Lylak holds a bachelor's degree in packaging science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Waynesburg University.
