Right Way Reps, an innovative company that’s modernizing sales repping in the pet industry, has expanded into Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Originally launching in the Southwestern states nine months ago, Right Way Reps now covers most of the Eastern and Western coast lines of the United States. This news comes just three months after it announced its expansion into the Pacific Northwest and Northeast states.
Right Way Reps is currently repping brands like Diggin’ Your Dog, Savage Cat, Polkadog, SuperSnouts Hemp Company, HuggleHounds, New Zealand Natural Pet Food Co, Einstein Pet, WizSmart, Nugget’s Healthy Eats and Raised Right in select territories.
“One of the things that was important to us when launching Right Way Reps was to take a more customized approach to serving our brand partners. By doing this, we’re able to support our brand partners in as few or as many territories as they desire. Always being mindful to ensure that the number of brands per rep never exceeds the point where we’re unable to give each brand the focus needed to be successful in their territory," says Adam Jacobson, co-founder/president of Right Way Reps.
While Right Way Reps was already utilizing technology to give brands transparency throughout the entire sales journey, it's in the process of taking it to yet another level by adding more features to its platform.
“The initial purpose of the tech we launched with was designed to make sure brands could easily access sales data, review product placement, and see notes from store visits so they can fully understand their return on investment with our performance. We’re building off that foundation by now focusing on how to help our reps do their job more efficiently by implementing features like route planning for store visits and having the ability to place orders directly with distributors all in one platform,” says Braeden Ruud, co-founder of Right Way Reps.
Right Way Reps was founded by the Ruud and Jacobson families. The Jacobson family has nearly 30 years of experience in the pet retail sector as owner operators of Pet Pantry Warehouse, an award-winning regional chain with stores servicing both the Westchester, NY, and Fairfield, CT, counties. The Ruud family founded Raised Right, a human-grade pet food company that works with veterinarian Dr. Karen Becker to formulate “home cooked style” whole food recipes that are high in protein and low in carbs through using limited ingredients.
