The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) invites professionals in the animal feed industry to register for its Feed Industry Institute (FII), taking place June 17-20 in Minneapolis, Minn. This biennial event offers valuable insights for newcomers, covering industry ingredients, processes and regulations.
Led by experts like Paul Davis, Ph.D., AFIA’s director of quality, animal food safety, and education, FII 2024 provides a comprehensive overview of the U.S. feed industry. Topics include animal physiology, nutrition basics, ingredient types and purposes, medications and additives, formulation, processing techniques, building consumer trust, international trade participation, and regulatory engagement.
