Wellness Pet Company announces new CMO

Allison Giorgio brings over 20 years of consumer marketing experience to the role.

Wellness Pet Company, a leader in pet nutrition for over 25 years, announces the appointment of Allison Giorgio as chief marketing officer (CMO). Giorgio brings over 20 years of consumer marketing experience to Wellness Pet, where she will lead brand strategy and engage the next generation of pet parents.

Giorgio joins Wellness Pet after an 18-year tenure at PUMA North America, where she most recently served as vice president, marketing. At PUMA, Giorgio led a team of more than 60 across all marketing and communication departments, developing integrated marketing strategies for the brand's diverse portfolio. Her career also includes marketing roles at Boston Ski & Sports Club, Sudbury Health and Fitness Connection, and Annie's Homegrown.

"Allison brings deep integrated marketing capabilities and expertise to strengthen our current connections and relevancy with pet parents," said Wellness Pet CEO Reed Howlett. Giorgio holds a master's degree in business from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in international business and marketing from Northeastern University.
