International Pet Food attends Pet Fair Southeast Asia 2023

The company is broadening its global presence.

International Pet Food Company Limited, a subsidiary of Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods), is demonstrating its potential to lead in the pet food sector at the prestigious Pet Fair Southeast Asia 2023. The event showcases a range of pet food and snacks under the renowned brands 'Jerhigh' and 'Ginny,' providing a platform for business-to-business negotiations with key investors and buyers from across Asia and Europe. The exhibition booth was graced by the presence of Phusit Rattanakul Serererngrit, director-general of the department of international trade promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce.

Kitisak Limamphai, managing director of international pet food, highlighted four major strengths that have earned consumer trust.

These include:

  • A decade-long reign as the top-selling dog snack brand in Thailand
  • The use of ingredients of a quality equivalent to human-grade food
  • A commitment to sustainability, illustrated by the adoption of biodegradable packaging and alternative protein sources such as plant-based ingredients and insects
  • Award-winning factory quality, as recently acknowledged by the 2023 CSR-DIW awards from the department of industrial works, ministry of industry, recognizing responsible and sustainable industrial practices.

"Currently, our portfolio encompasses a diverse array of pet food and treats, serving both the domestic and international markets across 21 countries. By 2024, we plan to increase our market share and roll out a broader selection of premium, chemical-free chicken meat dog treats. This range will feature a variety of forms such as dry, soft, and dental care options. In addition, we're making strides in the cat snack category, particularly with the integration of postbiotics to boost digestive health. A prime example is our Ginny brand's Meat Mallow Bite," detailed Kitisak.
