FEDIAF EuropeanPetFood is pleased to announce Sonia Franck as its new secretary general. With a background in leading European trade associations and a passion for pets, Franck is well-positioned to contribute to the growth of the European pet food industry.
Formerly the secretary general of IML Innovative Medicines, Luxembourg, Franck played a key role in transforming the association, implementing a successful five-year strategy, restructuring management and enhancing visibility.
Expressing excitement about her new role, Franck stated, "I am honored to join FEDIAF and eager to engage with members, strengthening FEDIAF's reputation as the leading authority in the European pet food sector."
Rosa Carbonell, FEDIAF president, welcomed Franck, emphasizing her outstanding track record and commitment to pet welfare. Franck's expertise will play a crucial role as FEDIAF collaborates with authorities, regulators and academics to ensure access to safe, nutritious pet food for Europeans.
Franck joins the accomplished FEDIAF team, including Alice Tempel Costa, Aleksandra Prandota and external support from James Ramsay. With this robust team, FEDIAF is poised for continued success in representing the pet food industry throughout Europe.
