Pet Sustainability Coalition welcomes new executive director, Jim Lamancusa, a seasoned leader in sustainability and business growth. With a proven track record in explosive, sustainability-focused businesses, Lamancusa brings 20 years of expertise to guide PSC's next stage of growth and innovation. Formerly a key player at Eco-Products and founder of Cusa Tea and Coffee, Lamancusa's strategic vision aligns with PSC's commitment to sustainability in the pet industry.

PSC Board Chair David Yaskulka expresses excitement about Lamancusa's leadership, highlighting his proven success in growing sustainability-focused businesses. Co-founder Caitlyn Dudas remains as senior advisor, emphasizing Lamancusa's ideal fit for the role.

Joining PSC during a period of growth and industry recognition, Lamancusa will oversee the coalition's work, focusing on organizational growth and credibility. PSC collaborates across the supply chain, offering support in sustainability initiatives such as packaging, ingredient sourcing and environmental audits.

Lamancusa, who started his role on January 16, is eager to contribute to PSC's continued growth, emphasizing the importance of making a meaningful difference in environmental and social corporate responsibility. His personal background includes 26 years in Boulder, CO, with a passion for outdoor activities and a commitment to a daily meditation practice.

The existing leadership team, including Interim Executive Director Donald Castellucci, Director of Member Services Erin Haas and Director of Marketing Kristen Smith, will collaborate with Lamancusa to ensure a seamless transition and advance PSC's mission in the next decade.
